I am ashamed to admit that I have not read any of the books. But even so, I could really tell (especially in the last film) that they were trying to stuff way to much into the films. I am quite excited that they are going to take some time with this final chapter and not rush it.

Thank God the last book will not be stuffed into two hours! Don’t you think the last movie especially (Phoenix) suffered from being limited to two hours? It was one darn thing after another! A movie needs some pacing–some slow, quiet times to balance the fast-moving noisy parts (just as a movie needs light and dark–while the latest HP movies have been too uniformly dark).
